Abbotsway Phase 2 is a new Keepmoat Homes development of 199 homes in Paisley, Glasgow. Keepmoat Homes were looking for a range of marketing solutions that would allow them to sell their homes ‘off plan’ to a variety of markets, including first time buyers, growing families and downsizers. Keepmoat Homes also wanted to introduce new technologies to their sales information centre which would appeal to a younger market and contend with local competitors.

The my colour configurator, which allows the customer to design their own kitchen, has been an important sales tool for the HSE who hasn’t been limited by the number of samples that could be stored within the sales information centre. The my display interactive touchscreen’s interface compiled all other marketing materials including high end property visuals, my 360spin virtual scans, photography, marketing videos and more.
