Combining customer insight with their market strength, the vision of Dixons Carphone is to deliver the widest and most relevant range of products to suit the needs of their customer. Developing a large retail environment to visualise this goal is a time consuming, complex and expensive task. In pursuit of their vision, the core challenge has been a struggle to communicate the store design intent quickly and efficiently by utilising technology in the utmost cost-effective manner, whilst also limiting the scale of designers and artists involved.
