For their flagship build situated in rural north Nottinghamshire, Rufford Pastures, Woodhead Homes wanted to develop a brand identity which would attract the correct market and showcase the core values of the development, whilst also sitting alongside the Woodhead Homes corporate brand guidelines. It was vital for the Rufford Pastures brand to be core to all of the marketing material produced as this would then result in a clear message that these are luxury homes that ‘you will love for life’.

The CGI’s were key in our launch in the market place. With them being so realistic it gave confidence for our customers to buy off plan with a product that they had not physically seen before or even been able to walk round, so a huge credit to T2 for producing such great artwork. For an SME our off plan sales were also the key in giving us the confidence to carry on building out the development as we had sold the majority of our first phase.
